Butter Cake -Microwave

Ingredients

  • 150 g melted butter
  • 150 g self raising flour
  • 150 g white sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • Microwave container

Methods

  1. Grease the microwavable container by melt butter with it in microwave 1 mins.
  2. In a bowl, sift in the self raising flour and white sugar, stir until well mixed. Make a well in the centre.
  3. In another bowl, crack the eggs and mix with the melted butter. Stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the butter egg mix to the flour slowly, mix it until well combined. Transfer batter to greased container.
  5. Cook in microwave for 5 minutes. Use a skewer to test if the centre is dry and cooked. If not cooked, increase the timing per minute basis until cook. Unnmould and cool, cut to preferred size and serve.
