Ingredients

  • 4 cups Sugar
  • 5 cups Salt
  • 6 egg york

Methods

  1. Mix sugar and salt. Fill the container. Shape 6 mold on mixture.
  2. Separate egg yolk and white.
  3. Pour egg yolk on the shaped mold. Cover yolk with mixture. Refrigerate at least 4 days.
  4. Take out the yolk from mixture. Baked 30mins at 150F/65C.
  5. Grated and serve as replacement of permesan cheese.

Ice Tea Milk Cheese Cover – Natural Recipe

Ingredients (serve 4)

  • 120g Cream Cheese (soften at room temperature)
  • 120g Fresh Cream
  • 80g Full Cream Milk
  • 30g Sugar
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Tea (Jasmine, Tieguanyin, black tea)
  • Peach flavor drink
  • Matcha powder

Method

  1. Whisk cream cheese with milk until consistency.
  2. Whisk fresh cream with sugar at another clean bowl until fluffy but still runny.
  3. Whisk all ingredients with pinch of salt as personal taste. Add milk if over whisk.
  4. Spoon the mixture onto any cold tea and enjoy.
  5. Add peach flavor drink to tea for extra flavor. Matcha powder on top as garnish.
  6. The mixture best within 20minutes in room temperature as without the stabilizer addictive.
