Ingredients
- 4 cups Sugar
- 5 cups Salt
- 6 egg york
Methods
- Mix sugar and salt. Fill the container. Shape 6 mold on mixture.
- Separate egg yolk and white.
- Pour egg yolk on the shaped mold. Cover yolk with mixture. Refrigerate at least 4 days.
- Take out the yolk from mixture. Baked 30mins at 150F/65C.
- Grated and serve as replacement of permesan cheese.
