BBQ Pork – Simple Recipe

  • Pork
  • BBQ Sauce/Hoishin Sauce
  • Garlic minced
  • Cooking Wine
  • Sugar
  • Dark Soy Sauce
  • Salt
  1. Cut pork to 4cm x 2 cm x 10cm cutlet
  2. Marinade with Cooking wine and sugar for 3 hrs. Add in Garlic, Dark Soy sauce and salt. Marinade for at least 1 night.
  3. Preheat oven 200C. Place pork strip onto baking rack with tray fill with water to prevent smoke by dropped fat. Brush pork strip with marinade sauce before put into oven.
  4. Oven bake 20 minutes. Take out from oven, brush with marinade sauce, turn another side and continue bake with 240C for 10 minutes. Take out from oven again, brush with marinade sauce, turn another side and continue bake with 240C for  another 10 minutes until nice brown. Take out from oven. Brush with dropped sauce and cool aside.
  5. Slice and serve.
